Note publique d'information : This thesis proposes to explore the role of the cultures in the operation of the firm.
It is structured in four chapters. In the first, the author goes up with the root
of the concept of culture in anthropology. He examines of it the evolution and the
transfer in the theories of the organization. In fact, the object of research explored
leads to an interdisciplinary opening combining sociology, management and the economy.
It is through this crossroads of disciplines that it exposes, in a progressive way,
the concept of rationality in the second chapter. Thus, it makes call in its demonstration
the literature relating to substantive rationality, limited rationality and, finally,
rationality located. This advance enables him to underline the limits of the rationality
limited for better integrating the role of the beliefs in coordination. It is this
fundamental conclusion which it empirically checks in the practices of the organizations
(political, religious institutions and corporates) of Morocco. Thus, the chapter
three is of inductive range. In this way, the author consolidates, in a particular
field, that of the entrepreneurschip practices, the paradigm of the sites. Lastly,
in the fourth chapter, on the basis of this way, it works out the concept of coordination
located whose major direction comes from the concept of site. The concept in question
returns to the generating force of the shared beliefs of trust. What illustrates
the capacity that has the site to reduce the zones of uncertainty and to diversify
the modes of coordination beyond the commercial exchange (reciprocity, gift and counter
gift, co-operation, partnership). All things considered, this thesis shows the need
for an approach of the coordination and governance fascinating of account the large
variety of the contexts of action of the actors.
