et ses acteurs n'échappent pas aux mutations qui imprègnent la société mondiale. Il
est affecté par des modifications concernant tant sa structuration que sa dynamique.
En effet, le processus de mondialisation a fait émerger de nouvelles configurations
socio-spatiales individuelles et collectives. Ces nouvelle configurations passent
par la réinscription et la redéfinition des acteurs au sein du territoire. Les acteurs
porteurs de projets font appel à des personnes aux fonctions diverses : acteurs locaux,
associatifs, élus, professionnels, agents de développement etc. Pour mettre en œuvre
leurs stratégies ces acteurs s'appuient sur des légitimités variées qui font référence
à un groupe social ou à un espace. La complexité actuelle des espaces montagnards
en difficultés s'accentue avec le processus d'inscription territorialisée des différents
acteurs et leur mobilisation dans différents projets de territoire. Ces mobilisations
conduisent d'une part à une démultiplication et à une imbrication des espaces de référence
et d'autre part, à une différenciation des temporalités et des territorialités. La
mobilisation territoriale contemporaine des acteurs se focalise sur des modalités
partenariales de définition de territoires de projets. Ces territoires restent cependant
étroitement bornés et étrangers les uns aux autres ; ils s'appuient sur des référents
qui ne sont pas forcement les mêmes et qui ne sont pas nécessairement complémentaires.

Indeed, the process of universalization made emerge new individual and collective
socio-space configurations. These new configuration get ahead of by the registration
and the redefinition of the actors within the territory. The actors carrying projects
cali upon people with the various functions : actors local, association, elected officiais,
professionals, agents c development, etc. to put in oeuvre their strategies these
actors are based on varied legitimacies which refer to a social group or a space.
The current complexity of mountain spaces in difficulties is accentuated with the
process of territorialized inscription of various actors an their mobilization in
various projects of territory. These mobilizations lead on the one hand to duplication
and an overlap of spaces of reference and on the other hand, to a differentiation
of temporalities and territorialities. The contemporary territorial mobilization of
the actors is focused on partnership methods of definition of territories of projects.
These territories remain however narrowly limited and foreigners the on es with the
others ; they are based on referents which are not forcing the same ones and which
are not necessarily complementary.
