Information trouvée : prof. JUDr. Pavel Šámal Ph.D. (* September 24, 1953 in Náchod). After completing his
studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 1977, he earned a
doctor of law (JUDr.) academic degree in 1980, followed by a Ph.D. in 1999. In 2001,
he was appointed Associate Professor of criminal law, and in 2006, the Czech president
appointed him Professor of criminal law, criminology and criminalistics. He is a Professor
of criminal law at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava and
at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. He was appointed as a Constitutional
Court Justice by the Czech president on February 20, 2020.
